TCG Smiths is an online shop that sells trading cards and related goods.

2. Using Our Website
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
You agree not to use the site in any way that may cause damage or stop others from using it.
We try to keep all details correct, but we cannot promise that every page will be free from mistakes. If you see an error, please let us know.
3. Products
Single Cards
The grade or condition of a card will match the description we provide. We check each card with care, but slight differences in colour or shade may appear due to screens or lighting.
Sealed Products
Sealed goods such as booster packs or boxes are sold in the condition supplied by the maker. We cannot guarantee any pulls or odds inside sealed items.
4. Prices
All prices on the website are in pounds sterling and include tax where needed.
We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
5. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you will receive an email to confirm we have received it.
Your order is accepted once payment has cleared and we have confirmed dispatch.
We may cancel an order if:
• The item is out of stock
• There is a clear typing error in the price
• Payment cannot be processed
If this happens, we will refund you in full.
6. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United Kingdom unless stated otherwise.
Delivery times shown on the site are only guides and may change due to postal delays or other issues outside our control.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can look into it.
8. Returns and Refunds
Single Cards
Returns are accepted if the card you receive is not as described. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Cards must be sent back in the same condition.
Sealed Products
Sealed goods can only be returned if they arrive damaged or incorrect. We cannot accept returns for sealed items that have been opened.
You are responsible for return postage unless we made a mistake.
9. Loss or Damage in Transit
We pack items with care. If an order is lost or damaged during transit, we will work with you to sort the issue. Refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
10. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe. We may close accounts that misuse the site.
11. Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for:
• Losses caused by delays in the postal system
• Losses caused by use of the website
• Losses caused by events outside our control, such as strikes or severe weather
Nothing in these terms removes your legal rights under UK consumer law.
